Uhh... lady steals car, lady tries to evades arrest... why are these charges only 'expected'?!
lol, because you're supposed to insert those words in before stating something when you're a journalist. Words like; Reported, supposedly, expected.
I can't remember where I read that joke, but I have a really good joke about that somewheres.
